Why is this experience on the Challenge List?
Getting to experience that launch and then zipping away at a fast speed, its more for the thrill of doing it then anything else.
Description:
Whilst in Singapore with my Grandmother we spent the day at Sentosa Island, there were so many different things to do and one thing that interested me was the MegaZip. After I decided that I was going to go on it, my Grandmother decided to join me!
When we were at the top at quite a distance I could see the edge of the Island where we would then cross over the water and land on a miniature island.
We took the jump to zip through the sky. The whole zipline is 450m and took 40 seconds to complete it. At the end there was a net to catch us to walk to the platform at the end and then we got to walk across the bridge back to the main island.
Would I do it again?
I would go on a zip line again, it’s an amazing feeling taking that leap of faith and experience that feeling of flying.
Next time I do it I would like to to on Límite Zero which is the only zipline in the world that goes between two countries, from Spain to Portugal. Although I would go on another anywhere this is the next challenge.
Highlight:
Getting to do it with my grandmother, even though she claims she never liked it she has brought it up in conversation so many times and loves to brag about it to all her friends. No one is EVER to old for a new adventure!

I bought the MegaZip pass for $57, there are other packages that can be bought for the Mega Adventure Park.
Further information:
The MegaZip accelerates to a speed of 60Kph, this is as fast as the average speed of an eagle when its horizontal!
